Where is the property located?
Maple Meadows in located in Grass Valley, California. It is a private property 15 minutes from the towns of Grass Valley and Nevada City, situated in the forest at the end of a short (2 minute drive) dirt road.
What is the maximum number of guests?
The maximum number of guests that we can welcome to the property is currently 60 persons, including all staff and members of the wedding party. The maximum number of cars is 30.
What amenities are included?
We provide outdoor event spaces including the grassy meadow and the cement pad, parking spaces for up to 30 cars, cold drinkable water, and electricity (120V).
Is furniture rental, catering, or restroom rental available on-site?
We only provide outdoor space, parking, cold water, and electricity. We do not offer furniture, catering, speaker rental, on-site kitchen facilities, or on-site restrooms. However, we do have vetted local venders that we can recommend to you for these needs.
Do you like to work with wedding planners?
Yes, we love to work with wedding planners. If you are a Northern California wedding planner or event planner and are looking for new venues for your clients, please send us a message. We would love to give you a tour.
